A five-minute inspection was all that was required to convince one buyer to battle it out for a Warilla home under the hammer. Dozens of the apartments planned for the Corrimal Coke Works site have already been snapped up by keen buyers. The developers of The Works Corrimal say the composition of the apartments has been driven by market demand for larger units. As part of a planned four-stage project, the developers have now received DA approval for stage one, consisting of 179 apartments in the northern section of the site.
