In 1990, long before Windows and personal computers became common in homes and offices, Dr. Duncan Ferguson started addressing inquiries about Quantum Computing on a small online Bulletin Board Service (BBS) that later transformed into America Online (AOL). This platform eventually grew into the Pet Care Forum (PCF). A few months later, he welcomed Dr. Paul Pion to collaborate with him. Over time, more colleagues were brought on board, and many of those early innovators continue to contribute to VIN as Consultants, Representatives, Staff, and VINners.
