Tuesday night, Vanderburgh County Deputies were called to the 2700 block of Dixie Flyer Road near Broadway Avenue. Several people could be heard yelling. Once on scene, deputies located a Chevy Malibu with heavy front-end damage, flat tires, and deployed airbags resting on the railroad tracks. The driver, 27-year-old Randall Drury, was found walking near the scene intoxicated. Two teen passengers were also located at the scene. Drury was arrested. No injuries were reported.

A federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order, stopping preparations to close Job Corps centers nationwide. National Job Corps filed a lawsuit Tuesday saying saying steps to eliminate the program, initiated by DOGE, are illegal.
