Changes are afoot at a restaurant along the Atlanta BeltLine. Nina & Rafi, located at 661 Auburn Avenue NE, is changing hands. The restaurant was purchased by Damian Otero of Rreal Tacos who is partnering with Eclipse di Luna. Nina & Rafi was a pizza restaurant known for its Detroit-style pizza. The 3,800-square-foot restaurant has seating for 100 people and a 16-seat bar. Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. represented the seller in the transaction.
