    Georgetown is preparing to bid a bittersweet adieu to one of its favorite dining institutions. The bitterness which comes with the closing of El Centro, a local staple for more than ten years will be sweetened by the arrival of a brand new restaurant-one that comes cloaked in mystery. Luckily for Frisco locals, a popular Ohio institution is bringing some refreshment and relief to the DFW, just in time for the warmest months. Handel’s Ice Cream will be opening in the area next month, courtesy of a team of local franchisees, reports Culture Map Dallas. The ice cream parlor is setting up shop at 13600 Coit Road.
