WILL refers to the three public broadcasting channels that are owned by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and managed by the College of Media. This includes WILL-TV, a PBS affiliate that broadcasts on digital channel 9 and virtual channel 12, as well as two National Public Radio affiliates: WILL at 580 kHz and WILL-FM at 90.9 MHz.
