East West Partners has submitted site plans to the city of Wilmington for luxury townhomes on a little over an acre at 1729 Allens Lane.     Plans for a Wawa convenience store and gas station are under review on Oleander Drive in Wilmington. Representatives for Wawa recently submitted plans for the approximately 6,300-square-foot store at the corner of Oleander and Englewood drives. The project is slated for a vacant 1.6-acre tract just east of Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park. Several gas station brands, including Wawa, Sheetz, 7-Eleven and Royal Farms, have announced plans in recent years to expand into the Wilmington market.
