WKEE-FM is a radio station that broadcasts Contemporary Hit Radio in Huntington, West Virginia, and also reaches listeners in Ashland, Kentucky, and Ironton, Ohio. Owned by iHeartMedia, Inc., WKEE-FM has a long-standing reputation as the leading CHR/Top 40 station in the Huntington region. The station has been dedicated to playing popular music as an independent FM station for more than 30 years, although its roots in Top 40 music date back to the early 1960s when it was a simulcast of WKEE-AM 800.
