Some interesting stats come from our friends over at The National Sleep Foundation suggests it should take a healthy person about 15 to 20 minutes to fall asleep. If you pass out sooner than that, it could be a sign of exhaustion or burnout. And on the other hand, if it takes you a lot longer, it could mean stress, depression or even sleep apnea.
