Women in Retail Leadership Circle

The Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) was established by co-founders Jennifer DiPasquale and Melissa Campanelli, who engaged in numerous discussions with women leaders in the retail sector. They consistently heard that while many women are employed in retail, the representation of women in executive roles is actually decreasing. To validate their concept, they organized the first Women in Retail Leadership Summit in the spring of 2014, which turned out to be a remarkable, sold-out event. Encouraged by the overwhelming success of the inaugural Summit, they decided to proceed with their vision, leading to the creation of WIRLC.
