Women's Power Gap
Founded in 2018 by the Eos Foundation, the Women’s Power Gap (WPG) Initiative aims to significantly boost the representation of women from various backgrounds in CEO and C-suite positions across the country. We carry out and fund practical research focused on key economic sectors, assessing the power and wage disparities at both company and institutional levels. This helps us identify organizations that are making significant strides as well as those that are lagging. Each report is paired with public discussions and community conversations that address the challenges and propose strategies to enhance representation and inclusivity.
