A 69-year-old great-grandmother is recovering at Grant Medical Center weeks after being shot in her Cleveland Avenue apartment. Family members told ABC6/FOX28 that bullets struck Anne Wiseman in the arm while she was watching television. "She is struggling a little bit but she is strong," said Delyla Wade, Wiseman's daughter.
