OMRO, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Two people were injured and one person was taken into custody following a disturbance call in Omro. Police responded to the 400 block of Jackson Avenue around 11:54 p.m. Thursday. Once on scene, two people were found suffering from non-life threatening injuries. They were taken to the hospital. A third individual on scene was arrested.

TOWN OF PLYMOUTH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Eight cats died in a barn fire Monday in Sheboygan County. Just before 6:20 p.m., the county’s Emergency Communications Center received a report of a barn fire on County Road PP in the town of Plymouth. When crews arrived, they found the barn fully engulfed. Eight cats were killed in the blaze and some equipment housed in the barn was destroyed. There were no injuries to citizens or first responders. Authorities believe the fire was sparked by an electrical issue.
