In a few minutes while researching this article, I got Jetstar to agree to refund $365.52 for return flights from Sydney to Melbourne. One was cancelled because the crew didn’t turn up. The other fell victim to Microsoft’s botched software upgrade on July 19. Jetstar promised the money within seven days.
