Australian Financial Review
The Australian Financial Review, often referred to as AFR, is a business and finance newspaper from Australia that is released six times a week by Fairfax Media. Originally launched in August 1951 as a weekly publication, the Financial Review transitioned to a bi-weekly format in October 1961 and became a daily newspaper in 1963. In February 1995, the AFR Magazine was introduced, and in June of that same year, the newspaper launched its website.
