Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a frequent manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).1-7 The reported prevalence of ILD in patients with RA varies widely depending on the population studied and the definition used, which may only require evidence of ILD on high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) and not be restricted to clinically significant disease.
