Typically on Memorial Day, high temperatures have been in the 70s/80s and low temperatures in the 50s/60s. It is also not uncommon for Columbus to see some rain on Memorial Day. Memorial Day was originally observed each year on May 30th, until federal law moved the holiday to the last Monday of May beginning in 1971.
