A chilly Saturday evening and an open-air amphitheatre made for the perfect setting for John Legend's balmy baritone to close out the Saadiyat Night series, which has seen performances by stars such as Mariah Carey, Sting and Andrea Bocelli. Nestled in a financial hub, the hotel is quite popular with business travellers, but does it make for a good spot for a staycation? The National checks in to find out.
