LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Logan County Commissioner Diana Barnett has issued a State of Emergency for all of Logan County. It comes in response to the rising water and potential flooding throughout the county. The declaration was signed Friday morning. High water has been reported in the Mud Fork area of the county. “It’s wild, you know,” Chris Chryssofos said. “I have only lived here for a few years with it getting up this high. It’s just crazy.
