Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Phil Austin-Hall as Partner and Head of Building Consultancy in Birmingham. Phil brings over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor to Sanderson Weatherall, having previously held senior roles at firms such as Savills and Colliers. He returns to private practice following a successful period working client-side to remediate a large residential development.

Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Kyle Frith as Head of Sustainability. In this newly created role, Kyle will spearhead the firm’s sustainability initiatives and expand client service offerings. Kyle joins Sanderson Weatherall with six years of experience in environmental consultancy. As a Chartered Environmentalist and a qualified BREEAM Infrastructure Projects Assessor, he possesses a strong background in environmental project management and sustainability strategy.

As 2024 comes to a close, there is no doubt it has been another year with lower transaction volumes of parks and a more cautious sentiment, though whilst there have been fewer active buyers in the market strong levels of demand between those buyers has resulted in some notable and sizeable transactions taking place throughout the year.
