Police have arrested the male on suspicion of indecent exposure following a series of incidents in the Wardle area of Rochdale. Greater Manchester Police are investigating four reports of a man allegedly exposing himself to females walking near Water Grove Reservoir and Wardle Park between Monday 16 and Thursday 19 June. Neighbourhood Sergeant Jay-Naren Uppal described the incidents as “extremely concerning” and said the arrest had been made swiftly. “That man remains in our custody,” he confirmed.

Greater Manchester Police said officers were called to an address on Butterstile Lane on March 13th, where they discovered the body of an 84-year-old who was later identified as David Berman. After a thorough investigation by the force’s Major Incident Team, 70-year-old Daryl Berman, of Butterstile Lane, has been charged with murder. She remains in custody and is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (June 10th).
