KILLEEN, Texas (KXXV) — The building that is currently Killeen City Hall is in need of serious repairs, so city council has a decision to make. "We'd spend the money to refurbish this, fix it up, and fix the third floor as old buildings do require, or do we rebuild from the ground up,” said Jose Segarra, Killeen City Council Member speaking at a special council meeting Tuesday. The cost of building a new City Hall could reach more that $150 million, so they held a special meeting Tuesday.
