KPR Centers has acquired Eagle Plaza, a 230,000-square-foot grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center in the Philadelphia area, from First National Realty Partners for $41.7 million. The property at 700 Haddonfield-Berlin Road in New Jersey’s Voorhees Township was built in 1976 and features nearly 40 retailers and restaurants, including Acme Markets, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Chipotle and Ace Pickleball Club.
