Le président américain Donald Trump a pris une série de décisions qui ont porté un coup dur à la gestion mondiale de la santé. Il a annoncé le retrait des États-Unis de l’Organisation mondiale de la santé et ordonné un gel de 90 jours des fonds alloués par l’Agence des États-Unis pour le développement international (USAID). Et un gel de 90 jours a été imposé sur l’argent distribué par l’USAID, en attendant un examen par le Département d’État américain.

In Table 1, we present descriptive statistics detailing the distribution of child-level, maternal-level, and household-level characteristics for each respective period. It was observed that the proportion of male children consistently exceeded that of females throughout the different periods. The majority of children were reported to have received BCG vaccination, and this trend remained consistent across the periods.
