    CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS)-- Six different Cavaliers went yard in a 18-5 win over GW to top the program single season home run record. It marked the third straight year the Cavaliers have broken the record. Virginia wasted no time tying their previous high of 83 home runs as Ethan Anderson's long ball went off the batters eye in the bottom of the first to take a 2-0 lead.

    CHARLOTTESVILLE,  Va. (CBS19 SPORTS)-- Anthony Stephan hit a walk off home run to run rule Navy 10-0. The victory served as Virginia's fourth straight win and their fifth walk off of the season. Starting pitcher Evan Blanco and  Matt Augustin gave up just 3 hits to shut out the midshipmen. The shutout was Virginia’s second shutout in the last three games. Blanco worked the first five innings and struck out five batters. Augustin pitched two hitless innings in his 17th appearance of the year.

    CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS)-- Virginia snagged game one of the series against NC State in yet another pitchers duel 2-0. Eden Bigham made the start in the circle for the 'Hoos striking out eight batters over seven innings pitched allowing just three hits. It was a pitchers duel from the start with both teams holding each other at bay. Virginia got the first score of the evening in the bottom of the second as Kelsey Hackett singled up the middle to score Shelby Barbee.

    SOUTH BEND In. (CBS19 SPORTS)-- Virginia claimed the series against Notre Dame with a 6-3 win. The victory marks their third straight ACC series win and fourth of the season. Virginia got on the board first in the third frame thanks to a RBI double off the bat of Jade Hylton. Notre Dame leveled the score in the bottom half of the third though and with runners on the corners Eden Bigham came out of the bull pen.

    CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS)-- No. 15 Virginia got their second top ten series win with a 7-2 victory over no. 10 North Carolina.  After weeks of emptying the bull pen Virginia just needed three arms to limit North Carolina's high powered offense to two runs. Evan Blanco started the night on the mound and pitched a career high 6.1 innings. Blanco struck out seven batters and gave up just two runs, both of which were solo shots off the bat of Vance Honeycutt.
