Columbiana County has 169.22 miles of county roads plus 869.77 miles of township roads and is looking to chip & seal county roads and village roads. The county will pave nearly 6 miles of roads with hot mix asphalt at an estimated cost of $1.3 million, including county, township, and village roads.
