SCOOP: CQ has obtained the “anomalies” WH submitted to Congress for full-year CR. Highlights: $6b for vets medical care; $485 million for ICE detention beds + transit + removal; $3.6b for HUD Tenant-Based Rental Assistance. Also $1.6b for junior enlisted pay raise + more.

Other than some $ for the GSA to reduce and consolidate federal agencies' office space, the anomalies the WH sent over to Congress last week did not include any clear "DOGE" provisions. Appears GOP strategy is get this done and fight that battle in FY-26.
