Defying all poll predictions, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) scripted a new history in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha elections by capturing power for the third consecutive term, something unprecedented in the political chapters of the State. In the House of 90 members, BJP has won 48 seats recording an all-time highest number for itself. With three Independents also announcing their support for BJP, its effective tally has risen to 51.

The Haryana Vidhan Sabha election is scheduled to be held on October 1. The single-phased election for 90 seats of the Legislative Assembly will have almost two crore voters to exercise their franchise, the result of which would be declared on October 4. As the electoral crescendo picks up in the State, which has already seen two consecutive terms for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) into power, there are mixed signals coming from the ground.

Gangapur City News: गंगापुर- नादोती की जनता की प्यास बुझाने के लिए बनाई गई चंबल- नादोती परियोजना को आज अस्तित्व में आए हुए लगभग 7 साल हो गए हैं लेकिन इस योजना का पूर्ण रूप से लाभ ना तो गंगापुर सिटी के आमजन को मिल पाया है और ना ही नादोती उपखंड के लोगों को. 2005 में पहली बार प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार की सीएम वसुंधरा राजे ने इसे स्वीकृति देकर बजट जारी किया था. उस समय इसकी लागत लगभग 400 करोड़ थी.

गंगापुर सिटी में हिस्ट्रशीटर कृष्णा के निर्माणाधीन मकान को बुलडोजर से गिरा दिया गया. Rajasthan News: गंगापुर सिटी जिला मुख्यालय पर मिर्जापुर राधा स्वामी सत्संग भवन के पास सैनी कॉलोनी में हिस्ट्रीशीटर कृष्णा का मकान बन रहा था. प्रशासन ने बुलडोजर चला दिया. करीब एक सप्ताह पहले पूर्व नगर परिषद के आयुक्त रिंकल गुप्ता ने हिस्ट्रीशीटर कृष्णा के घर को अवैध बताया था. नोटिस चस्पा कर दिया था. नोटिस में 7 दिन में जवाब मांगा था. जवाब नहीं मिलने पर प्रशासन ने कार्रवाई की.
