Ochoa became the program's all-time leading scorer (196 goals), finishing with a team-high four goals to bump her total to 197 and counting. The record-breaking goal came in the third period with a behind-the-back goal for her 53rd on the season.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno State opened Mountain West Conference play with a 38-21 victory over New Mexico Saturday night. It marked the fourth time in the last four seasons that the Bulldogs left University stadium with a win. Junior quarterback Mikey Keene was in top form, passing for 226 yards and a touchdown on 26-of-33 attempts. Running back Elijah Gilliam led the ground game with a season-high 18 carries for 54 yards and a touchdown.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- In front of a sellout crowd of 41,031, Fresno State picked up its first win of the 2024 season, winning 46-30 over Sacramento State. On the game's opening play, junior quarterback Mikey Keene connected with Mac Dalena for a 75-yard touchdown. Jayden Mandal, a Buchanan grad, made his Bulldog debut running in the two-point conversion to make it 8-0. Dalena had the best game of his Bulldog career.
