FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Chargers had a messy exit when they left San Diego after 56 years. Eight years after leaving for Los Angeles, the team is heading back for a couple of days to have training camp at the University of San Diego. Head coach Jim Harbaugh said Tuesday that the visit wasn't an 'olive branch' to SD but just a place where the team has a lot of fans. When asked about the team's upcoming trip to USD, he said he wants to bring the team to the Central Valley.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two international basketball teams faced off on the court in Fresno on Friday night. The Armenian National Team hosted Costa Rica at Fresno City College. The Armenian team is coached by Rex Kalamian, who, during the NBA season, is an assistant coach for the Milwaukee Bucks. He says the last few years, they've played exhibition games in Southern California.

CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- Watching Conor Lott run, it's hard to believe he ever wasn't fast. But that's what he says happened his first time running in the second grade. "It was not good. I hopped and skipped during my one race," Lott said. From then to now, the Clovis North junior figured out his stride. Last November at Woodward Park, Lott won the Division I cross country state title. He took that burst of speed into this year's track and field championship. "It's real, real competition," Lott said.

CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Clovis North senior has accomplished something not seen in 103 years at the CIF State Track & Field Championships. McKay Madsen repeated as state champion in both the discus and the shot put, a feat last achieved in 1922. The only other athlete to win back-to-back titles in both events was Clarence Houser of Oxnard High School, more than 100 years ago. "Since I woke up last year after winning state, there hasn't been a single day where I haven't thought about it again.
