    An Australian wellness program has found that 15 minutes of exercising can have a positive impact on your fitness, energy, health, sleep and mood. Based on a recent study, 11,575 people were signed up for a gamified workplace fitness app called the 15 Minute Challenge where participants increased their weekly activity levels by 85 minutes. After six weeks, 95 percent of participants met or exceeded physical activity by 36 and 56 percent.
