    The UW Oshkosh men’s track and field team won the seven-team Karl Schlender Invitational with 214 points Saturday in Whitewater. Ryan Potter was the first Titan to win a track event, as he won the 600 meter dash in 1:22.57. Matthew Eiden won the 400 meter dash in 50.89 seconds. Weston Lerdal claimed silver in the same event, running 51.16. Brady Larson also finished second, this time in the 60 meter hurdles in 8.35 seconds.

    The UW Oshkosh women’s track and field team traveled to Whitewater to compete in the Karl Schlender Invitational Saturday, where the Titans took third with 150 points. The meet was won by UW-Whitewater with 171.5 points. The Titans’ first runner to medal on the track was Jamie Catania, who finished in third place with a time of 5:26.21 in the mile. Ceanna Dietz was the first Titan on the track to claim gold, winning the 600 meter dash in 1:37.17.

    The UW Oshkosh men’s wrestling team fell to Lakeland University on Friday 26-14 at the Kolf Sports Center. Logan Harel and Gage Coppock picked up major decision wins against the Muskies. Harel won the 141-lb match 11-1 against Lucas Schanen. Coppock won the 184-lb match 11-3 against Jax Lipnitz. Roman Martell won the 197-lb match by forfeit. JP Culver wrestled at the 133-lb match and lost by decision 10-9. Brody Toledo also lost by decision, losing 2-0 in the 149-lb match.
