Denbighshire County Council is setting up temporary one-way systems and clearways across various roads to help manage the traffic. These changes, effective from June 26, will last for 18 months. The roads affected include Wharf Hill, Dinbren Road, Tower Road, and Abbey Road. Northbound traffic will be restricted, with only southbound traffic permitted on Wharf Hill, Dinbren Road from Wharf Hill to Tower Road, and the entirety of Tower Road.

Laburnum Drive in Rhyl will be shut from June 23 westward from a point 30 metres east of its junction with Lilac Avenue Denbighshire County Council made the order to allow Scottish Power Energy Networks to carry out essential work. The road will be closed for 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. Pedestrian access will remain open. A signposted alternative route will be provided via Cherry Tree Walk and Ffordd Anwyl. The works are expected to finish on June 27.
