It’s called, "TBI Find."The app alerts people about Silver Alerts in the state as soon as they’re issued. Shelly Smitherman is the assistant special agent in charge at TBI and issues the statewide alerts. She said she knows the danger that can come when someone goes missing. “My grandmother suffered from dementia for years before Alzheimer’s,” Smitherman said.
