ST. LOUIS (KMOV/Gray News) - A van hit a tow truck helping a vehicle and went airborne on Friday. Illinois State Police issued a citation for improper passing of an emergency vehicle after the bizarre accident Friday afternoon on Highway 158. “Could have been a lot worse,” said Allen Timmerwilke, a driver for Quality Towing. Timmerwilke was dispatched around 4:30 p.m. to pull a truck out of a ditch.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A pet zebra has been missing for four days now out of Christiana, Tennessee. Tuesday, search crews showed WSMV4’s Courtney Allen how they’re trying to track the zebra down and bring him home. A thermal drone has covered thousands of acres over the past few days for the pet zebra. It was spotted in a Christiana neighborhood, running along roads and on the side of Interstate 24, after his owner reported him missing Saturday.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A zebra is still on the loose in Tennessee after last being seen in Rutherford County. A new video shows the zebra running along a road in rural Christiana and stumbling onto the road. Danielle Pitre was in the car filming it. “This zebra pops up out of nowhere,” Pitre said. “We had to do a double-take. Like, is that a zebra?”Pitre also got video of the zebra ducking under fences, running through nearby fields and behind homes.
