1 INTRODUCTION Free vascularized bone flaps represent the gold standard in the domain of reconstructive surgery, particularly for the restoration of oromandibular defects (Urken et al., 1991). Free flap transfers are characterized by the anastomosis of both arterial and venous circulations from the donor site to the recipient site, ensuring reperfusion and thereby enhancing graft viability.
