Cyprus recorded a trade deficit of €1.85 billion in the period from January to March 2025, marking a rise from the €1.71 billion deficit registered during the same period in 2024. Total imports of goods for the first three months of 2025 reached €3.19 billion, compared to €2.56 billion in the first quarter of 2024, representing an increase of 24.7 per cent.
