Methods and analysisThis protocol is reported in accordance with the Standard Protocol Item Recommendations for Interventional Trials 2013 guidance.20The trial is a parallel two-group randomised feasibility study with nested process and economic evaluation. Patients will be randomly allocated in a 2:1 ratio to either the PERFORM intervention plus usual care (intervention) or usual care alone (control).
