He’s starting his senior year this fall, but he’s already committed to attending Florida State University, Panama City, after graduation.     BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Bay County jury found a Walton County man guilty of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI with bodily injury. Jurors deliberated for about two hours, going over the evidence and testimony presented to them over the past two days. The prosecution laid out its case against John Powers, stating that he got behind the wheel, drunk, on August 7, 2021, killed one person and severely injured two others.
