    BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Panama City man is in the Bay County Jail facing child sex charges. Panama City Police arrested 40-year-old Timothy Lamont Reese on Tuesday on two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim aged 12 to 16. Reese lives at the Royal Arms Garden Apartments on Balboa Avenue. Police said he went to a 14-year-old neighbor’s apartment and asked if she wanted to play basketball.

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – The last of 14 people involved in an illegal dog-fighting ring have been sentenced. The ring included five men from Panama City. 42-year-old Brandon Baker, 38-year-old Christopher Beaumont, 35-year-old Terelle Ganzy, 40-year-old Cornelious Johnson, and 36-year-old Fredricus White were all arrested in Donalsonville, GA, and will all receive prison time. On April 22, 2022, the five men traveled from Panama City to Donalsonville, Georgia, to participate in dog fights.
