    Kelly, you’ve had such a diverse career working across rail, healthcare and even broadcasting. What drew you to health and safety? I was an actor and acting is an incredibly hard and unstable profession, so initially it was the stability. I worked in admin at various health and safety departments between acting jobs and then came my first two proper health and safety jobs – one with an energy from waste plant, the other quite a large facilities and estate management company – and I fell in love.
