MOSS BLUFF, La. (KPLC) - A man’s family made the decision to remove him from life support after he was involved in a serious accident in Moss Bluff over the weekend. David Chambers(Family)According to state police, Saturday’s crash on La. 171 involved an SUV and two motorcycles, one of which was driven by David Chambers, 69. Chambers was an avid motorcyclist and a member of the Lake Charles Harley Owners Group 1686. Chambers’ family confirms he has not be responsive since the accident occurred.

At a hearing at the Federal District Court in Vermont, Judge William K. Sessions III ordered the immediate release of Rumeysa Ozturk, a doctoral student at Tufts University who is in the country on a student visa.
