Knotfest Australia has announced a series of sideshows that will take place later this year. Headliners, Pantera, will perform only one sideshow in Adelaide with support from King Parrot and Black Rheno. Chicago hard rockers Disturbed will return to Australia for the first time in eight years and will also be performing their only Australian headline show in Adelaide. Lamb Of God will perform two sideshows in Melbourne and Brisbane. Halestorm will rock fans in Sydney and Brisbane.

Groovin The Moo 2024 is set to rock April and May with a stellar line-up! Familiar faces will include DMA’s, Hot Dub Time Machine, The Jungle Giants, Mallrat and San Cisco will return to GTM along with Alison Wonderland, playing in Australia for the first time in 5 years. Overseas artists that will be joining GTM in 2024 are GZA from Wu-Tang (USA) and Sporty Spice a.k.a Melanie C (UK). ‘Strangers’ hitmaker Kenya Grace (UK) will head down under with fellow Brits The Kooks and Mura Masa.

On the back of announcing a show in Tamworth as part of NSW’s Great Southern Nights series of live events, perennial Backseat Mafia favourites The Church have announced they will also be performing at The Triffid in Brisbane on Thursday, 7 March 2024. This follows an incredible year in 2023 after touring extensively across Australia and the US and releasing the magnificent ‘The Hypnogogue’ – Backseat Mafia’s favourite album from the Australian/New Zealand region in 2023 (see review here).

The Japanese House, aka Amber Bain, has been announced as the support for The 1975’s sold out UK arena tour taking place in February. The tour will see The Japanese House play some of the UK’s biggest stages in Glasgow, London, Manchester and Birmingham, including four nights at London O2 Arena, ahead of her own headline UK tour in May.
