Idaho Smokehouse Partners, LLC, is recalling 29,541 pounds, close to 15 tons, of Chomps Original Beef Sticks because they have the potential to be contaminated with foreign material, specifically metal, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The issue was discovered after the firm received two consumer complaints reporting that pieces of metal were found in the product.
