    On Thursday, April 4, SEaL and the Cabrini Student Government Association held a “Kickback” event in Grace Hall to help students relax and welcome the spring season with activities such as board games, coloring, and music. The Kickback brought students together with Mr. Softee’s ice cream and Wawa hoagies. Music was booming in the building, but the main entertainment was the four fluffy therapy dogs from Comfort Caring Canines: Therapy Dogs, Inc., who loved all the attention and head rubs.

    In the ever-changing world of university finances, where every increase in tuition sends concern through the student body, one aspect remains constant: the role of journalism in uncovering the truth behind these economic decisions. In the past 65 years of the Loquitur, there has been a lot of coverage of this issue. Two reporters who wrote articles about tuition prices were Brendan Noone and Chris Pesotski.

    With Easter just around the corner, students are gearing up for a season filled with excitement and community gatherings. Various events are popping up like springtime daffodils on and off-campus, offering a chance to celebrate together. From egg hunts to brunches with the Easter Bunny, there’s plenty of fun to be had, offering a break from the stressful academic life, and providing opportunities to come together and create lasting memories.

    Cavalier Radio, the well-known radio station at Cabrini University, recently hosted its first “Cavalier Radio After Dark Alumni Show.” This show, which went on air Sunday, Feb. 18, hosted by Paul Monte, brought a wave of nostalgia. Monte DJ’d his last broadcast on Cav Radio in May of 1998. Cavalier Radio is currently a studio with enough room to hold two guests, with a connecting production studio for recording outside of the radio studio.
