MOLINE, Ill. — The Storm Track 8 Weather Team is tracking the potential for another round of severe weather early this week as another powerful early spring storm system develops across the Midwest, bringing the threat of large hail, damaging winds, and even a few tornadoes to the region Tuesday into Wednesday. Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop over parts of Nebraska and Western Iowa late Tuesday night and move northeast through Wednesday morning.

MOLINE, Ill. — The Storm Track 8 Weather Team is tracking another strong storm system set to move through the Quad Cities on Wednesday. As the storm nears, it will be intensifying bringing a variety of weather from a few strong storms to even wet snowflakes. Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop between 2-4 pm, racing northeast through the region into the early evening hours. A few storms may become severe with winds up to 60 mph and hail the size of quarters.
