On Monday (Jan. 6), Antonio Brown used his X account to chime in on the controversy surrounding sports media following the sexual harassment lawsuit against Skip Bayless , Joy Taylor and other Fox Sports employees. AbstractThe only currently licensed vaccine against tuberculosis (TB), Bacille Calmette Guérin (BCG), is insufficient to control the epidemic. MTBVAC is a live attenuated strain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) and is one the most advanced TB vaccine candidates in the pipeline. It is more efficacious than BCG in preclinical models including non-human primates (NHPs), and has demonstrated safety and immunogenicity in human populations.

AbstractNovel vaccines targeting the world's deadliest pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) are urgently needed as the efficacy of the Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) vaccine in its current use is limited. HLA-E is a virtually monomorphic unconventional antigen presentation molecule and HLA-E restricted Mtb specific CD8+ T cells can control intracellular Mtb growth, making HLA-E a promising vaccine target for Mtb.

AbstractStudents from groups historically excluded from STEM face heightened challenges to thriving and advancing in STEM. Prompting students to reflect on these challenges in light of their purpose can yield benefits by helping students see how their STEM work connects to fundamental motives. We conducted a randomized, controlled trial to test potential benefits of reflecting on purpose—their “why” for pursuing their degrees.
