This much-improved sequel to “The Accountant” was a pleasure to watch. Ben Affleck returns as Christian Wolf, a mob accountant with autism. The condition allows him to focus on numbers intensely, with no distractions. He can find patterns that are obscure to other accountants. His specialty is helping gangsters and terrorists find and stop internal skimming of the organization’s funds. John Bernthal returns as Brax, Wolf’s estranged brother, as does J.K. Simmons as a retired Treasury official.

This 10-day fire was a death trap for six brave firefighters. “Prisoners of Fire” is a documentary film about the Dude fire and the wildland firefighters who died in their attempt to save lives and property. Writer/director Scott Briggs, in his first feature-length film, walks us through the horrible fire and its deadly consequences.
