I didn’t start this with the intention of it sounding like a parody. I’m not sure if this makes it better or worse, but this was started with the idea that if I wrote it down I would have a record of my skincare routine over the Christmas break for me to follow into 2025. You see, my skin looks great. This must be testament to the skincare because it sure as hell has nothing to do with the lack of movement, cheese or chocolate.

AbstractCancer arises through an evolutionary process in which somatic mutations, including single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and copy number aberrations (CNAs), drive the development of a malignant, heterogeneous tumor. Reconstructing this evolutionary history from sequencing data is critical for understanding the order in which mutations are acquired and the dynamic interplay between different types of alterations.
