Data analysis Interviews were digitally audio-recorded for later transcription and then anonymised throughout the transcription process. Transcripts were entered into the qualitative data analysis software NVivo v12.0 (QRS International Pty Ltd, Doncaster, Victoria, Australia) to facilitate data management and coding.
